NEET Answer Key 2025 : The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the NEET UG 2025 answer key at its official website – neet.nta.nic.in today, June 3, 2025. Along with the provisional answer key, NTA has also published the question papers and candidates’ responses.
NEET UG Answer Key 2025 is provisional; that is, candidates can raise objections against the answer key till June 5, 2025, if they find any discrepancies. The objection window will remain open for a limited time. Candidates can submit their challenges through the official portal by paying a non-refundable processing fee of Rs 200 per challenge.
The national-level medical entrance exam, NEET UG 2025, was conducted on May 4 in a single shift across 5,453 centres. Over 22.7 lakh candidates registered for the NEET UG entrance exam this year for admission to various medical programmes, including MBBS, BDS, BAMS, and more.
NEET Answer Key 2025 PDF Download – How to raise a challenge?
NEET UG 2025 Answer key challenge will be accepted in online mode only. The last date for payment of the challenge submission fee is June 5, 2025 (till 11:50 PM). Candidates can also submit a representation against the OMR grading by paying a non-refundable processing fee of Rs 200 per question. Check the steps to challenge the NEET UG answer key here
- Visit the official website – neet.nta.nic.in.
- Click on the ‘Apply for Answer Key Challenge’ link.
- Select the test booklet code.
- Log in with your application number, date of birth, and security pin displayed. Questions will be displayed on the screen in sequential order.
- Next to each question, the number under the ‘Correct Option’ column will denote the most appropriate answer as per NTA.
- If you wish to challenge this option, select one or more options given in the next four columns by clicking the check box
- Upload supporting documents in a single PDF file by clicking on the ‘Choose File’.
- After clicking your desired option, save your claim. You will see a screen displaying your challenges.
- Now, click on ‘Save your Claim and Pay Fee Finally’.
- Select the mode of payment and pay a processing fee of Rs 200 for each question challenged.
- After successful payment, download or print the answer key challenge receipt.
To access the NEET UG answer keys, students can visit the official website – neet.nta.nic.in. Log in using your application number, password, and security pin. The response sheet and answer key will be available in the PDF format. Download the NEET answer key and your recorded response sheet to calculate your marks.
NTA will accept the challenges against the provisional NEET UG answer key 2025 till June 5, 2025, in online mode only. A non-refundable processing fee of Rs 200 (per question) must be submitted to object to any response in the NEET answer key.

NTA has uploaded the provisional NEET answer key PDF at neet.nta.nic.in. Students can now download the answer key along with the candidates’ responses from the official website. To facilitate the candidates, NTA has also sent the scanned images of OMR sheets to the registered email address of the candidates.
The provisional NEET answer key will accept challenges for a specified time. The challenges posed by the candidates will be verified by NTA with the help of a panel of subject experts. If any challenge is found to be correct, the NEET UG answer key 2025 will be revised.
Last year, the NEET UG cutoff percentile for the General category was 50. Meanwhile, for OBC, SC, and ST candidates, the cutoff percentile was 40. NTA will release the NEET UG cutoff based on the all-India common merit list.
NTA will also display the recorded responses and scanned images of OMR answer sheets along with the NEET answer key 2025. Students can log in using their application number, password, and security pin in the candidate portal to access their responses and OMR sheets.
The objection window will be made available at the official website – neet.nta.nic.in, after the release of the provisional NEET Answer key 2025. The objections against the provisional answer key will be accepted for a limited time. Once all the objections are reviewed by the experts, a final answer key will be published. Candidates will not be informed about the acceptance or non-acceptance of their challenges individually.
