The State Common Entrance Test Cell (CET) has commenced the MHT CET Registration 2026 on January 10, 2026, on its official website. Interested candidates can apply online for MHT CET 2026 exam from the official website- cetcell.mahacet.org. According to the schedule released, the last date to apply for both courses is February 12, 2026.
This year, to complete the MHT CET Registration 2026, the CET cell has made Aadhaar and APAAR ID mandatory. Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHT CET) is an annual state-level entrance examination in Maharashtra, conducted by the State Common Entrance Test Cell (CET). MHT CET registration fee is INR 1,300 for general candidates. However, for reserved category and Pwd candidates, the application fee for the MHT CET 2026 exam is INR 1,000.
MHT CET 2026 Application Form: Exam Pattern
The MHT CET is a 2-hour computer-based test with multiple-choice questions for PCM (engineering/pharmacy) and PCB (agriculture/medical) aspirants. PCM consists of Physics (50), Chemistry (50), and Mathematics (100), while PCB includes Physics (50), Chemistry (50), and Biology (100), each stream totaling 200 marks. Mathematics is offered in English, and the other subjects are available in English, Marathi, and Urdu.
