The Maharashtra State Cell has announced the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHT CET) exam dates 2026 on their official website – cetcell.mahacest.org. This year onwards, the MHT CET 2026 will be conducted in two sessions. For the Physics, Chemistry and Maths (PCM) group, the session 1 exam is scheduled to be held from April 11 to 19, 2026, and the second session exam will be conducted from May 14 to 17, 2026. The first session examination for Physics, Chemistry, Biology (PCB) 2026 will be conducted from April 21 to April 26, 2026, and the second session exam for PCB is set to be conducted from May 10 to 11, 2026.
The MHT CET 2026 exam will be conducted in two groups – PCB and PCM. A total of 150 questions will be asked in the exam. The exam will be conducted for 3 hours, and the total exam is for 200 marks. The questions in the Mathematics section are allotted 2 marks each, whereas the Physics, Chemistry and Biology questions carry 1 mark each.
