Maharashtra Health and Technical Common Entrance Test (MHT CET) 2025 CAP Round 2 seat allotment results have been released by the Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell for both PCM and PCB groups. Candidates who want to get admission in engineering, pharmacy, and agriculture courses can now check their results on the official website fe2025.mahacet.org by using their application number and date of birth.
MHT CET 2025 CAP round 2 allotment includes candidates who appeared in MHT CET 2025 as well as those who applied via JEE Main scores, with allotments made according to merit, seat matrix, and reservation norms. Candidates must confirm their seat by 14 August, 2025 as it will lead to cancellation. MHT CET 2025 CAP Round 2 Seat Acceptance Process
- Candidates need to log in to the official CET Cell portal using their application number and date of birth.
- Candidates can check their MHT CET 2025 CAP round allotment result.
- Click on ‘Accept Seat’.
- Choose one option: Freeze option (confirm seat, no further rounds) or Float option (accept seat but stay eligible for upgrade).
- Candidates are required to pay the seat acceptance fee online (if not already paid in a previous round).
- Before the deadline, candidates need to make sure that they report to the allotted institute.
- The original documents and photocopies of them need to be carried by the candidates to the allotted institute for the verification process.
- Candidates need to collect the acknowledgment or confirmation slip from the institute as proof of seat confirmation.
- Candidates must remember not accepting the seat or failing to report on time will lead to cancellation of the allotted seat.

After the MHT CET 2025 CAP Round 2 seat acceptance, candidates selecting the ‘Freeze’ option secure their admission in the allotted institute and proceed with fee payment, document submission, and other formalities and the candidates who are opting for ‘Float’ remain eligible for MHT CET 2025 CAP Round 3, the final regular admission round where vacant, cancelled, or newly approved seats are allotted based on merit, category, and preferences.
