Maharashtra FYJC Admission 2025: The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) has already announced the results for the 10th board exams. Students who registered themselves for the Maharashtra First Year Junior College (FYJC) admission are notified that the first provisional merit list will be announced today (June 5, 2025). Candidates can access the merit list through the official portal of mahafyjcadmissions.in. Candidates can raise objections against the merit list till June 7, 2025. The General First Merit List will be released on June 8, 2025.

The total number of intakes this year is said to be 20.43 lakh seats available across 9,281 junior colleges in Maharashtra. The FYJC seat distribution stream-wise is as follows:

These seats are spread across eight divisions: Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Nashik, Kolhapur, Amravati, Latur, and Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. The Konkan division is excluded from the Centralised Admission Process (CAP).
