The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) has declared the Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) Result 2026 on June 6 at 12 PM. The result is released in online mode, and the direct link to download the KCET Result 2026 has been activated. As the results are now available online, candidates can check their respective scorecard from the official website –keaonline.karnataka.gov.in or cetonline.karnataka.gov.in. KEA has also released the KCET merit list/rank list separately for the different courses, including KEA for architecture, engineering & technology, farm science courses, etc. Candidates will need their credentials, such as their Application Number and Date of birth (DOB), to access their respective KCET Result 2026.

The KCET Result 2026 of the candidates include subject-wise scores, total score and rank of the candidates. The KCET 2026 Exam was conducted between April 22 and April 24, 2026. As per the official data released by the authority, a total of 3,30,646 students applied for this year’s entrance exam. Out of the total strength, 3,09,014 candidates appeared, and 2,92,782 candidates successfully qualified in the exam. Candidates are advised not to panic during the checking of their KCET Results 2026, as there might be some delay due to heavy traffic on the official website.

Those candidates who appeared in the KCET entrance exam can check their results after logging into the official KEA website. Candidates can check their result by following the steps mentioned below –
Step 1: Go to any of the official websites of KEA – keaonline.karnataka.gov.in or cetonline.karnataka.gov.in
Step 2: Now, click on the “KCET Results 2026” link available on the homepage.
Step 3: Candidates will have to enter their KCET Application Number and Date of birth (DOB) in the given fields
Step 4: After filling in all the credentials, click on the “Submit” tab
Step 5: The KCET result 2026 will be displayed on the screen

KCET 2026 Result: What’s Next?
As the KCET Result 2026 link is now active on the official website, candidates are advised to carefully check key details such as the candidate’s name, CET Number, Subject-wise score, Total score secured by the candidate, KCET rank, and Qualifying status (Pass or Fail) thoroughly on their marksheet.
The authority will soon start the KCET counselling 2026 process to provide admission to students who qualify in the exam. After the counselling process is over, candidates who have registered themselves in the counselling process will be allotted seats on the basis of the college-course options filled by them and the seat matrix issued by the government and their ranks. The counselling process will be conducted in three rounds in online mode. The complete process includes registration, online choice filling and locking, seat allotment, and the document verification process.
