JoSAA Counselling Registration 2025: The Joint Session Allotment Authority will start the JoSAA counselling registration process from today, June 3, 2025 (5 PM). Those candidates who qualified the JEE Advanced exam and JEE Mains exam are eligible to register for the JoSAA counselling. The authority will release a direct link for registration at – josaa.nic.in. The JoSAA Round 1 Mock Seat Allotment will be displayed on June 8, 2025.
The JoSAA counselling 2025 involves registration, choice filling, seat allotment and document verification. As per the official notification, the last date to apply for JoSAA counselling and choice filling is June 12, 2025. JoSAA Counselling Process 2025
The registration for JoSAA counselling will officially start by the authority in online mode today. Candidates can get the top and preferred institutes offered by NITs, IITs, IIITs and others through the JoSAA counselling 2025. Check the detailed procedure here;
- Registration – Firstly, candidates have to register for the counselling process by using their roll number and password for the JEE Advanced exam 2025 or JEE Mains exam 2025.
- Choice Filling – Candidates who registered them for the counseling process must fill their preferred institutes and programs and also remember to lock their choices before the time period set by the authority.
- Seat Allotment – JoSAA conducts several rounds of seat allocation based on the candidates choices, candidate category, and merit secured in the JEE exam. After each round of the counselling the authority will release the seat allotment list.
- Acceptance of Seat – Candidates who allotted and accept the seat will have to report to the designated institute for further process such as – document verification. If a candidate doesn’t accept the seat then they can participate in further rounds or withdraw from the counselling process.
