The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially released the Joint Entrance Examination – Main (JEE Main) Session 2 Application Form 2026 on its official website. Candidates can find the direct link for the application form at jeemain.nta.nic.in. The candidates who satisfy the eligibility criteria can proceed to fill out the application form and register themselves by February 25, 2026. The exam conducting body will open the JEE Main Application Form Correction Window 2026 soon after this.
The JEE Main 2026, conducted by the NTA, is scheduled to be conducted from April 2 to 9, 2026. Candidates must register themselves by filling out the JEE Main 2026 Application Form Session 2 2026. The application process is completed with the payment of the application fee. The application fee for the General category is INR 1000 for male candidates and INR 800 for female candidates, for the Gen-EWS/ OBC (NCL) category is INR 900 for male candidates and INR 800 for female candidates, and INR 500 for SC/ST/PwD/Transgender candidates.

JEE Main Session 2 Application Form 2026: Steps to download
Aspiring candidates can fill out the JEE Main Session 2 Application Form 2026 at the official website. The steps mentioned below can be followed to fill out the application form.
Step 1. Visit the official website – jeemain.nta.nic.in.
Step 2. Register for the online application form by providing the necessary details.
Step 3. Candidates must create a password and select a security question and answer.
Step 4. After completing the personal information, an Application Number will be generated.
Step 5. Candidates who successfully registered can now log in to fill out the application form with their system-generated application number and password.
Step 6. Candidates must fill in personal details, educational qualifications, upload scanned photographs and signatures, and the subject for which they are applying.
Step 7. Once the application form is filled out, the last step is to pay the JEE Main registration fee.
Step 8. A confirmation page will be generated only after the application fee has been successfully paid.
Candidates are advised to save a printout of the confirmation page. They should ensure that the uploaded photograph and signature are not blurred, as this will result in the application form being rejected. After the final submission, candidates will be able to check the status of their JEE Main application form. They can do so by clicking on the “Registered Candidate Login” option and entering their application number and password in the window.
