The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially announced the Joint Entrance Examination – Main (JEE Main) 2026 Session 1 Answer Key Challenge Window and Result Dates. Candidates can find these updates at the official X handle of NTA. With the availability of the provisional answer key and the response sheet, the answer key challenge window is opened from February 4, 2026, to February 5, 2026. While, the final results will be declared by February 12, 2026.
The JEE Main 2026 was conducted by the NTA from January 21 to January 29, 2026. The NTA is expected to release the JEE Main Provisional Answer Key 2026 on February 4, 2026. The candidates who appeared for the exam can use the JEE Main Rank Predictor Tool for the prediction of ranks based on the marks obtained by candidates in the examination.
JEE Main 2026 Session 1: Answer key highlights
Once released, the JEE Main Provisional Answer Key 2026 will be available on the NTA’s official website. Along with the answer key, the NTA will also publish the response sheet PDF, which candidates can download by logging into their registered account using their application number and password.
As per the official notice, the JEE Main Provisional Answer Key 2026 will be out on February 4, 2026. However, the answer key challenge window will be active from February 4 to February 5, 2026. To submit the challenges, candidates need to pay an objection fee for each challenge. The JEE Main 2026 Final Answer Key is released with the JEE Main 2026 Result.
JEE Main Session 1 2026: Result dates announced
As per the notice on the official X handle of the NTA, the JEE Main Session 1 Result 2026 will be out by February 12, 2026. However, the JEE Main Session 2 Result 2026 will be declared by April 20, 2026. Candidates can download the JEE Main scorecard using their application number, date of birth, and security pin. The JEE Mains result 2026 login link will be available on the candidates’ portal. It will be released in the form of a scorecard containing the details regarding candidates’ performance in the exam. JEE Main Result 2026 will have details like subject-wise score, total score, subject-wise percentile, and overall percentile score obtained by candidates. Along with the result link, applicants will be able to check the JEE Main Cut-Off 2026 on the official portal.
