This year, the JEE Advanced 2025 Exam will be held in two shifts, both of which will have three subjects – Maths, Physics, and Chemistry

  • Paper 1: 09:00-12:00 IST
  • Paper 2: 02:30-05:30 IST

  • Revision is Key – Focus on revising important formulas, theorems, and key concepts across all subjects. Avoid trying trying to learn new topics instead, you should focus on revising what you already know. Focus on JEE Advanced Syllabus 2025.
  • Plan the week effectively – Keep enough time for both revision and mock tests. Keep short breaks in between to refresh your mind. If some chapters are left, then highlight only the important parts and then learn them
  • Clarify doubts before the final call – Before the exam day comes, clarify the doubts that you may come across while studying, from subject experts or your teachers, as they will guide you with their in-depth knowledge about that particular topic
  • Analyze mock test results – Mock tests help you to get an idea of your core strength. Which section are you scoring the most within the time limit? Mock tests help you to identify that and also give a general overview. Review the past mock tests to identify recurring mistakes. Understanding these patterns allows you to avoid similar errors in the actual exam

 JEE Advanced Exam 2025  – Check the Do’s and Don’ts

Any exam requires a good mind and body, so candidates must avoid late-night study marathons and ensure at least 7 hours of sleep each night. 

On the exam day, they must not forget to carry their admit card, valid ID proof, and required stationery to the center. They must reach the examination hall 60 minutes before the reporting time mentioned on their admit card

  • For Paper 1, candidates should report between 7:30 AM and 8:30 AM
  • For Paper 2, candidates should report between 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM
