The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee will be releasing the JEE Advanced Cutoff 2026 on June 1, 2026, along with the declaration of results. The cutoff will be released in online mode. Candidates can check the JEE Advanced 2026 Cutoff marks from the official website of the exam – jeeadv.ac.in. It must be noted that the cutoff, which will be released on June 1, 2026, is for the JoSAA counselling process. Once the candidates who qualify for the counselling register themselves for the JoSAA counselling, then only the final opening and closing ranks for different IITs will be announced. The JoSAA Counselling 2026 will start from June 1, 2026, right after the announcement of the JEE Advanced Result 2026
The JoSAA Counselling 2026 will be conducted in an online mode as a centralised process for admissions to 23 IITs, 31 NITs, 25 IIITs and 28 Other GFTIs. During the JoSAA counselling, candidates will be asked to fill in their choice preferences and lock them during the counselling session. However, the final admission will depend on the rank list released by JoSAA. In terms of percentiles, 90 percentile is expected to be the minimum JEE Advanced Cutoff 2026 for general category students to secure admission to IIT.
