The Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University in Delhi (GGSIPU) has officially started its IPU CET registration 2026 from today, February 2, 2026 onwards. The students who want to gain admission in this university can get themselves registered online on the official website of IPU – ipu.ac.in. Step 3: Click on the ‘New Candidate registration’ to begin your IPU CET registration 2026.
Step 4: On the page that you get redirected to fill your essential details link Aadhaar number, Candidate’s name, Father / Mother’s name, Date of birth (DOB) and Gender.
Step 5: Fill in your caste category. In case you don’t fill any category it will be automatically taken as ‘General’ category.
Step 6: Enter all the required personal details such as religion and nationality.
Step 7: Enter your academic details.

- The candidate must be an Indian national.
- The candidate should have passed Class 12 (10+2) from a recognized board (CBSE or equivalent) with English as an essential or core subject.
- The minimum aggregate of 50% in Class 12 is required for students wanting to get admission in UG Courses. For students applying for PG courses, a minimum aggregate of 50% in their Bachelor’s Degree.
- For undergraduate courses, the minimum age is 17 years while the maximum age to apply is 21 years. For postgraduate courses, the maximum age varies according to the course.
- A relaxation of 5% in the minimum marks is provided for students belonging to revered categories such as SC/ST/OBC/PwD/Widows of Defence Personnel.
- The students appearing in their Class 12 board exam or Degree exam can also apply but they must provide proof of meeting criteria during admission/counselling.
