ICAI CA Result 2025 Live: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) announced the ICAI CA Result 2025 today. The ICAI CA Final and Intermediate results will be released by 2 PM. The scorecard for ICAI CA Foundation 2025 will be out by 5 PM. Students who appeared for the ICAI CA Exam 2025 May Session can download the scorecards using their registration and roll numbers from the official websites icai.nic.in and icai.org. ICAI CA Result 2025 – Minimum Passing Marks
The minimum passing percentage required to qualify for the ICAI CA Exam 2025 is 40% in each subject and 50% aggregate overall. Based on the qualifying marks, ICAI will prepare the merit list containing the names of students ranked below the top 50.

After the ICAI CA Result 2025 is released, candidates at each stage — Foundation, Intermediate, and Final — proceed to the next step depending on their outcome and career goals.
Foundation pass-outs move to Intermediate. Intermediate pass-outs proceed to Final and/or start articleship. Final pass-outs apply for membership and seek placements or further specialisation. Unsuccessful candidates can seek revaluation and prepare for the next exam cycle, which is now held three times a year.

Candidates can check and download the results of the Foundation, Intermediate, and Final by following these steps.
Step 1: Go to the official website: icai.nic.in or icai.org.
Step 2: Select the desired link titled on the link titled on the homepage.
Step 3: Enter your registration number and roll number in the required fields.
Step 4: Enter the CAPTCHA code
Step 5: Click on submit to view your result
