The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) CA May 2026 Registration has begun today for the CA Final, Intermediate, and Foundation Exams. ICAI CA 2026 May Exam: Requirements
There are certain requirements that the student must fulfill to appear for the CA Foundation, Intermediate, and Final Exam. The candidates planning to appear must check the list below:
- The candidate must have the valid login credentials on SSP and a valid course registration.
- The candidates who do not have their photographs and signatures or are not in the required quality on the SSP must upload or change the same before filling the form.

The students can also check course-wise eligibility:
Foundation Exam
- The candidate must have appeared (waiting for the results) for the 12th Board Exam or have passed the Class 12th Board Examination.
- The student must have registered in the Foundation course on or before January 1, 2026.
- On the date of filling the form, the candidate must have been converted from CBT to Foundation.
Intermediate Exam
- The candidate must have been registered on or before September 1, 2025.
- The candidate must complete the eight-month study course.
Final Exam
- The candidates who were registered for three years of articleship must have completed their articleship on or before April 30, 2026, and the candidates who were registered for two years of articleship must have completed their articleship on or before October 31, 2025.
- The students must complete the Advanced Integrated Course on Information Technology and Soft Skills (AICITSS) on or before April 10, 2026, to be eligible to appear for the May exam.
- The candidates who cleared their Intermediate Exam after November 2023 and have completed their AICITSS Exam must pass the Self-Paced Online Modules (all sets) on or before April 10, 2026. However, the students who were admitted till November 2026 into the Final Exam are exempt from appearing for Set C and D, but it is mandatory for the students to qualify for Set A and B.
