The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has officially announced the results for the CA Final May 2025 exams today 6 July, 2025 on its result portal icai.nic.in. In May, 2025 more than 31,000 candidates appeared for the CA final 2025 session, including both the groups (group 1 and group 2)
The CA Final November, 2024 pass percentage was at 16.8% for group I, 21.36% for group II, and 13.44% for both the groups. The candidates have to score at least 40% in each of the papers with an aggregate of 50% marks in each mark in each group to pass the CA final.

Step 1: Visit the official ICAI result website icai.nic.in.
Step 2: Click on the link that reads “CA Final May 2025 Result” on the homepage.
Step 3: Enter your Roll Number, Registration Number, and the security code displayed on the screen.
Step 4: Click on the Submit button to view your result.
Step 5: Your CA Final scorecard will appear on the screen.
Step 6: Download the result and take a printout for future reference.
CA Final May 2025 Pass Percentage & Topper Details
ICAI will also release data on the overall pass percentage and top performers of the May 2025 session. Details such as the pass percentage and other key statistics will be notified later by the ICAI. Once released, the data will be updated here. The list of rank holders and merit certificates will also be available on ICAI’s official website.
CA Final Aspirants: What to do Next?
Candidates who have cleared the CA Final May exam can now begin the ICAI membership registration process. Mark sheets and certificates will be dispatched shortly. For those who did not clear the exam, the next chance will be in September 2025, with Group I exams on Sep 3, 6, and 8, and Group II on Sep 10, 12, and 14.
Students interested in verification or revaluation of marks can apply online once the window opens. ICAI is also expected to release the schedule for its campus placement program soon, giving fresh CAs a head start in their careers.
