The Board of School Education, Haryana (BSEH) has officially released the exam schedule for the Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET) 2025. The examination will be held on July 30-31, 2025 for all three levels – Level 1 (PRT), Level 2 (TGT), and Level 3 (PGT). This eligibility test is mandatory for candidates who wish to teach in government schools of Haryana and secure teaching positions across primary, upper primary, and senior secondary levels.
The HTET certificate remains valid for seven years, and qualified candidates become eligible to apply for various teaching posts in Haryana government schools, including Primary Teacher (PRT), Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT), and Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) positions.

As per the official notification issued by BSEH, the HTET 2025 exam will be conducted over two days on July 30 and July 31:

HTET 2025 Selection Process
The HTET is a qualification exam, not a recruitment exam. Candidates who qualify can apply for teaching positions as and when recruitment notifications are released by the Haryana government. The selection process involves a single written examination with 150 multiple-choice questions.

- The paper is available in two languages – Hindi and English
- Minimum qualifying marks:
a) General category: 60% (90 marks)
b) SC/PH (Haryana only): 55% (82 marks)
