GATE COAP Round 5 Counselling has officially started by the authority from today, June 11, 2025. GATE COAP counselling conducted for candidates who successfully qualified the GATE examination. Candidates who register them for the counselling process can participate in the option filling process. In round 5, candidates are only allowed to select one option between “Accept and Freeze, Reject”.
After the completion of each round of counselling, the authority will also release the opening and closing ranks. Based on these ranks, candidates will get admission in the institutes. GATE COAP Round 5 Counselling 2025 Schedule
Candidates who passed the GATE exam 2025 are now able to participate in the counselling process. The COAP round 4 counselling 2025 completed successfully on June 8, 2025. GATE COAP Counselling 2025: Process

- Open the GATE COAP official portal – gate.iisc.ac.in/coap2025/.
- First, candidates must register for the counselling.
- After completing the registration process, candidates must fill out their choice and after filling it candidates have to lock their choice.
- After successfully filling their choice, candidates’ documents will be verified.
- The seat allotment result will be announced by the authority after completion of the document verification.
- Once all the above steps are completed, candidates will have to visit their allotted college.
