The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee organized GATE 2025 which was conducted on February 1, 2, 15 and 16, 2025. After the completion of exams, the organizing body will release the GATE answer key which will be downloaded from gate2025iitr.ac.in. Based on the historical trends, the GATE answer key 2025 can be released by the last week of February. For instance, in the past few years, the answer keys were released on February 21. This year, the release date for GATE 2025 answer key and response sheet is tentatively scheduled for February 26, 2025, which IIT Roorkee will release. However, there is no official confirmation yet.
To download the GATE answer key candidates need to visit the official website and click on GATE 2025 login portal with registration number and password. Access to GATE answer key 2025 allows candidates to assess their performance and plan their next steps accordingly.

GATE Answer Key 2025 – What after the release of Response Sheet
After the GATE answer key 2025 is released by IIT Roorkee, candidates will be allowed to raise objections using candidates’ login portal. GATE 2025 answer key challenge fee is INR 500 (USD 10 for NRI) per question. The final answer key will be prepared after considering all the objections. GATE Result 2025 will be announced on March 19, 2025. IIT Roorkee will release the result along with the final answer key. After the result GATE Counselling 2025 will be conducted.
