GATE 2026 Admit Card Release Date: Hall ticket likely this week at gate2026.iitg.ac.in, check expected revised date

The Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, is preparing to publish the GATE 2026 Admit Card on the official website. Earlier, the GATE 2026 Admit Card Release Date was deferred by the conducting body due to administrative issues. Previously, it was supposed to be released on January 2. As per reports, the GATE Admit Card 2026 is likely to be released by this week on its official website- gate2026.iitg.ac.in. To download their hall tickets, registered candidates can use their enrollment number and password on the login window.

As per the official schedule, the IIT Guwahati is scheduled to conduct the GATE 2026 examination on February 7, 8, 14, and 15, in two different shifts. Applicants who are going to appear for the exam should mandatorily carry their GATE 2026 admit card to their exam centres. The GATE 2026 Exam will be conducted in two shifts: forenoon shift from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm, and the afternoon shift from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm.

GATE 2026 Admit Card: Release Date

According to the latest reports, IIT Guwahati is expected to publish the GATE Admit Card 2026 by this week. Several media portals have reported that the GATE 2026 Admit Card release date is January 7, 2026. However, aspirants must note that no official date has been announced yet by the exam conducting body.

Once released, the hall ticket for GATE 2026 exam can be accessed by the registered candidates through the GATE’s official portal- gate2026.iitg.ac.in. To download the hall ticket, aspirants can use their Enrollment ID and Password.
