Prime Minister Narendra Modi has finally expressed his views on the ongoing NEET Paper Leak Protests on the social media platform X through a post on July 23, 2026. In the post, PM Modi announced that the government has decided to establish dedicated fast-track courts to ensure fair and fast trials as well as the need to ensure stringent punishment for individuals involved in examination paper leaks.

“Nothing is more important than the welfare and future of our youth! We have decided to set up fast-track courts to ensure swift and stringent punishment for those involved in paper leaks. Have directed the concerned authorities and officials to take all necessary steps in this regard.”

The NEET Paper Leak Protests have been ongoing for over a month now, with students from all over the country expressing their dissent. While various figures such as Sonam Wangchuk, Shabana Azmi, Anish Gawande, CJP Founder Abhijit Dipke have been prominently present, the movement gained momentum on July 20, 2026. Students from all over the nation assembled at the Jantar Mantar, New Delhi with only one motive; Sansad Chalo (march to the Parliament). While the movement was cut short with building chaos between the protestors and the police officials present on site, the voices of the youth continued to echo nationwide.
PM Modi on July 23, 2026, finally broke his silence on the matter and expressed that the issue regarding the paper leaks will be addressed in court at the earliest and the offenders behind the paper leak row will be given stringent punishment. He wrote “Those who try to harm our youth will not be spared”. While opposition parties and the youth of the country continue to fight and demand accountability, the ruling administration is finally trying to initiate fast-track courts and is aiming to answer the questions of millions of aspirants.
