CUET 2025 registration to start soon by the National Testing Agency. The official website of the CUET UG exam has already been launched by NTA. The direct link to fill out the CUET application form 2025 will be available at cuet.nta.nic.in. Candidates eligible for the CUET 2025 exam can register for it on the NTA’s website. This article covers the detailed step-by-step registration process for the CUET UG 2025 exam. The CUET exam login link can be found at the newly launched website of NTA – cuet.nta.nic.in. The same link will also be provided here to candidates.

CUET 2025 Application Form – Step-by-Step Process

The detailed steps to fill out the CUET application form 2025 are as follows:

Step 1 – Registration

The first step to apply for the CUET 2025 exam is to register for it on the NTA website – cuet.nta.nic.in. Aspirants can register for CUET exam using their email ID and password. Upon successful registration, the system-generate CUET Application Number will be allotted to the candidate. Each applicant must note down this application number and create a strong password for their personal CUET login portal. The remaining steps of CUET registration will be followed only after the candidate generates the application number and password.

Step 2 – Fill out the Application Form

Using the system-generated application number and password candidates must log in to their respective CUET exam login portal. After successful login, the application form will appear on the screen which is required to be filled in using personal and educational details. Candidates will be asked to mention their educational qualification, university/ programme selection, test paper details, choosing the Examination Cities, and uploading the images and documents (if any).

Step 3 – Upload of Scanned Images of the Candidates’ Photographs and Signature

  1. The photograph of the candidate must be recent.
  2. The passport-size photograph should be either in colour or black & white with 80% face visible including ears. There should be no mask on the face of the candidate.
  3. The background of the photograph should be white.
  4. The format of scanned photograph should be JPG/JPEG format
  5. The size of the scanned photograph should be 10kb to 200kb
  6. The size of the scanned signature should be 4kb to 30kb, as prescribed by NTA
  7. Candidate must upload PwD certificate (if applicable).

Note – In case it is found that the candidate has uploaded a fake photograph and signature strict action will be taken against the person under Unfair Means (UFM) Practices laid down by NTA.

Step 4 – Payment of CUET Application Fee

After completing the above 3 steps, candidates have to pay the requisite CUET application fee. The registration fee for CUET exam varies according to the categories of candidates. As per NTA rules, the fees can only be submitted online through NET Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, and UPI.

After the successful payment of the CUET registration fee, the confirmation page will be generated. In case the confirmation page is not generated, candidates may have to approach their bank’s payment gateway to ensure the smooth process of payment.

Step 5 – Download and Save the Confirmation Page

Candidates must download, save, and take a printout of a copy of the Confirmation Page of the Application Form (which would be downloadable only after the successful remittance of the fee) for future reference.
