The Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education (CGBSE) will release the CGBSE 10th, 12th results 2026 on April 29, 2026, at 2:30 PM on the official website. In a recent post on X (formerly Twitter), Chhattisgarh’s Minister of School Education, Gajendra Yadav, officially confirmed the date and time for the CGBSE Class 10th and 12th Result 2026. All the students who appeared for the class 10th and 12th exams will be able to check their results at the official CBSE website – cgbse.nic.in. Students must enter the required login credentials in the login window to access their results once declared.

The CGBSE Class 12th Exam 2026, conducted by the Chhattisgarh Board, was scheduled to be conducted from February 20, 2026, to March 18, 2026. The CGBSE Class 10th Exam 2026 was conducted from February 21, 2026, to March 13, 2026. It was conducted in offline mode or pen and paper mode. However, the CGBSE Class 10th Result 2026 and CGBSE Class 12th Result 2026 will be accessible online. Students who fail one or two subjects in the CGBSE Class 10th,12th board exams can appear for the CGBSE Class 10th,12th compartment exams. It must be noted that the result accessed online will be provisional in nature. Students will collect the hard copy of their CGBSE Class 10th and 12th Marksheet 2026 from their school premises.

To pass the CGBSE Class 10th,12th Board Exams 2026, students must secure a minimum of 33% marks in each subject, as well as in the overall aggregate. It is essential to achieve this 33% threshold separately in both the theory and practical/internal assessment components. For a standard 70-mark theory paper, this equates to a minimum of 23 marks, while an 80-mark paper requires at least 26 marks. Students must pass at least five subjects to be considered successful; those who fail in one or two subjects may appear for the supplementary examinations, but failing three or more subjects will require the candidate to repeat the academic year.
