CAT Registration 2025: The IIM has started the CAT registration process today, August 1, 2025, at 10:00 AM. Aspirants who wish to appear in the CAT 2025 exam must register for the exam at – iimcat.ac.in. According to the official notice the CAT 2025 registration last date is September 13, 2025. The CAT registration process involves filling in personal and educational details, uploading the required documents, and payment of the registration fees. The CAT exam 2026 is scheduled to be conducted on November 30, 2025.
Students must check the eligibility criteria before filling the CAT application form as candidates who fail to meet the criteria will be disqualified from the examination. Candidates will receive their CAT admit card 10-15 days before the start of the examination. The exam authority has also activated a registration link in its website – iimcat.ac.in. How to Apply CAT Exam 2025
Aspirants are advised to check the steps mentioned below to complete the registration process;
- Visit the official website – iimcat.ac.in
- Open the link “CAT 2025 Registration Link” activated on the homepage.
- Enter all the personal and educational details.
- After clicking on the “Generate OTP” option, the candidate will get an OTP in the registered email ID.
- By using OTP, complete the registration process.
- After completing the CAT registration process, click on the “CAT Application Form 2025” link mentioned on the homepage.
- Fill out the required credentials.
- After filling all the details, candidates will also have to select the test cities. Aspirants must note that they can select up to six cities in order of preference in the CAT application form.
- At last, aspirants must pay the application fees to complete the process. Candidates can pay the fees through Credit/Debit Card, Internet Banking or Paytm/PayU mobile wallets. Check the category-wise fees in the table below.

CAT Application Form 2025: Documents

| Final Year Certificate | Aspirants who are in their final year of their bachelor’s degree will have to submit their final year certificate given by the HoD or Director certifying that the candidate has obtained at least 50% marks (45% in case of SC/ST/PWD candidates).
