The CAT 2025 result has been released today, December 24, 2025, on the official website, iimcat.ac.in. The CAT result has sparked anticipation among MBA students about colleges accepting the CAT score. The top Non-IIM colleges that accept the CAT score are Atal Bihari Vajpayee School of Management and Entrepreneurship, Delhi School of Business, University of Delhi, Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, Indian Institute of Technology, Development Management Institute and many more.

Now that the CAT 2025 result has been declared, candidates can start applying to their preferred colleges. The selection criteria and fees structure for all the Non-IIM colleges varies from one another. Candidates must check all the aspects before taking admission to their preferred institute. Some of the parameters on which the Institutes select the candidates are CAT 2025 exam score, marks obtained in class 10th and 12th, Group Discussion, Personal Interview etc.

CAT 2025 Non-IIM Admission: Selection Criteria and Fee Structure 

Candidates can check the selection process and fee structure for the non-IIM colleges for CAT 2025:

Atal Bihari Vajpayee School of Management and Entrepreneurship

  • Selection Criteria: All the candidates seeking admission in ABVSME institute must have appeared in the CAT 2025 exam. JNU uses the CAT score for shortlisting the applicants for GD and PI. The final list of selected candidates is based on the CAT score and marks obtained in the Group Discussion and Personal Interview with respective weightage as 70%, 10% and 20% of CAT score. 
  • Fees Structure: For General category students, the fee for 4 semester is INR 12 lacs, OBC category students will have to pay INR 8 lacs for 4 semester and lastly the SC/ST/PWD students have to pay INR 6 lacs for 4 semester for entire MBA programme. 

Delhi School of Business

  • Selection Criteria: DSB Institute assess candidates on different parameters for admission such as past academic scores of class 10th, 12th, minimum three years of bachelor’s degree with minimum 50% marks in aggregate, best CAT percentile, GD, PI and work experience. 
  • Fee Structure: The total fee for 4 semesters in DSB Institute is INR 10,95,000. 

University of Delhi

  • Selection Criteria: Candidates interested in applying in University of Delhi must have secured 50% and above in their CAT 2025 exam to be eligible. Along with the CAT score candidate’s marks obtained in class 10th, 12th will also be considered as one of the parameters. This will be followed by Extempore and Personal Interview. 
  • Fees Structure: The current semester of University of Delhi is INR 60,818. This fee covers all academic expenses, including tuition and access to various campus facilities.

Indian Institute of Foreign Trade

  • Selection Criteria: For shortlisting candidates, IIFT will use CAT 2025 score and other defined parameters. Candidates who will be shortlisted based on CAT score 2025 will be called for the second round of the admission process consisting of Group Discussions and Personal Interview. 
  • Fees Structure: The total fee for 2 years is INR 21.82 lacs for the Delhi campus with a refundable security of INR 10,00. 

Indian Institute of Technology

  • Selection Criteria: Those candidates who will apply to the IIT Delhi MBA programmes on qualifying the CAT 2025 will be shortlisted and then invited for an interview, which will be held at IIT Delhi.
  • Fee Structure: For four semesters, the entire MBA Full Time Programme fee is INR 12 lacs. 

Development Management Institute

  • Selection Criteria: For the selection in the DMI, the DMI evaluates candidates on different parameters. The first and foremost is CAT 2025 score which holds 35% of weightage, which is followed by Group Exercise, Assessment of Writing Skills, Personal Interview and lastly academic performance in class 10th and 12th.  
  • Fees Structure: The fees for all five semesters in DMI is INR 6,00,000. 

Candidates can check the selection criteria and fee structure for all the top Non-IIM colleges that accept the CAT score on their respective websites. 93 non-IIM institutions will use the CAT 2025 score this year for admission into their management programmes.
