This anxiety of students has now been wrongfully used by scammers to solicit money by luring students. As per reports, on March 12, 2026, a netizen took to his X handle to report a recent incident involving his brother, a Class 12 student of Bihar Board, who repeatedly received fraud calls from the number +91 7781088445. The caller claimed to improve his marks in the upcoming Bihar Board Inter Result 2026 and demanded an amount ranging between Rs 3000 and Rs 5000 for the task. The official confirmation is still pending from BSEB Patna; however, the user added that the caller was well aware of the student’s personal and academic details, which came as a shocking part for him.
The user further mentioned in his post that not only his brother but many students of Class 12 are receiving such vishing calls from the same number asking them for money for improvement in their Bihar Board Result 2026. He also requested the Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) and other concerned authorities to further investigate the case urgently and take appropriate action to safeguard students from such fraudulent activities. The BSEB Class 12th Board examination 2026 was conducted from February 02, 2026 to February 13, 2026 in two shifts at 1762 centres across the state of Bihar. As per the official data released by the board, a total of 13,17,846 students appeared for the Class 12 board examination for the academic session 2025-26. Though the board has not released the official date and time for the forthcoming Bihar Board Result 2026, students can expect the result soon, on the official website of BSEB – biharboardonline.bihar.gov.in.
