AP EAPCET Counselling 2025: The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) will release the Andhra Pradesh Engineering, Agriculture, and Medical Common Entrance Test (AP EAMCET) 2025 counselling seat allotment result for the third and final phase today, September 18, 2025. The registration for Round 3 began on September 9, 2025.
Candidates who have qualified for the AP EAMCET 2025 examination in both engineering and agriculture streams are eligible to participate in the AP EAPCET counselling 2025. The seat allotment result will be announced on the official website, eapcet-sche.aptonline.in. Seat allotment will be carried out according to the preferences submitted by candidates, taking into account their merit rank and reservation category.
AP EAPCET Seat Allotment Process
The AP EAMCET Seat Allotment result is released after the choice filling and choice locking process is completed. Candidates are allotted seats based on the rank they achieved in the AP EAMCET exam 2025 and the colleges/courses preference they filled out in the application form.
After the seat allotment result is announced, students will have the option to accept/freeze/upgrade/withdraw their seat. Students who will accept the seat will have to report to the allotted college. The last step is to pay the admission fee to the allotted college to confirm the admission.

AP EAMCET Counselling 2025: Documents Required
For AP EAMCET Counselling 2025, candidates must present original documents along with two photocopies of each during the counselling process. The required documents include:
- APEAPCET-2025 Rank Card
- APEAPCET-2025 Hall Ticket
- Memorandum of Marks (Intermediate or equivalent)
- Proof of Date of Birth (SSC or equivalent certificate)
- Transfer Certificate (T.C)
- Study Certificate from 6th to Intermediate
- EWS certificate valid for 2025-26 from MeeSeva (for OC candidates claiming EWS reservation)
- Residence certificate for the 7 years prior to the qualifying examination (Inter or equivalent) for private candidates
- Andhra Pradesh Residence Certificate of the father/mother for 10 years, excluding periods of employment outside Andhra Pradesh, issued by Tahsildar, for Non-Local Candidates
- Integrated Community Certificate for BC/ST/SC candidates issued by the competent authority
- Income certificate of parents from all sources or White Ration Card (with candidate’s and at least one parent’s name) for those claiming tuition fee reimbursement
- Local status certificate, if applicable.
All certificates must be submitted in original along with two Xerox copies each. Candidates are advised to be ready with the list of documents required to avoid any last-minute difficulties.
After today’s announcement of the seat allotment results, candidates are required to complete the joining process and report to their allotted colleges by September 22.
