The Bar Council of India (BCI) has officially released the notification for the All India Bar Examination (AIBE XX 2025), and the online registration process will start from September 29, 2025, on the official website- allindiabarexamination.com. Law graduates and final year students from recognised law colleges can submit their applications from September 29 to October 28, 2025, to appear for the exam and obtain the mandatory Certificate of Practice (CoP) to practice law in India.
The AIBE-XX examination is scheduled to be held on November 30, 2025. The AIBE registration process involves filling out the online application form, uploading necessary documents such as a passport-size photograph, signature, and enrollment certificate and paying the requisite exam fee. The exam is set to be conducted in offline mode and there will be no negative marking.
