- Upon entering the Class 10 examination seat number, details of students from other boards will not be auto-filled, as their data is not integrated. Hence, such students are required to manually fill in all personal and academic details accurately.
- Students are advised to seek assistance from the nearest Guidance Centre if needed while filling out the online application form.

- Students from other boards may apply using a provisional marksheet, but must submit the original marksheet at the time of admission confirmation for verification by the Junior College.

Application Form Part-2 :
After the successful submission and verification of Part-1, students proceed to complete Part-2 of the Maharashtra FYJC admission form, which is crucial for college preference selection. For Maharashtra State Board students, Class 10 marks are automatically fetched, adhering to the 'Best of Five' rule; other board students must input their scores manually.
In Part 2, applicants must meticulously choose their desired stream (Science, Commerce, Arts/Humanities, or MCVC) and medium of instruction. Subsequently, they are required to select and rank 1 to 10 junior colleges in order of their preference. Critically, applicants seeking admission under any quota (e.g., minority, in-house, management, or reserved categories) must explicitly indicate this within Part 2. The final college allotment list is then generated based on a combination of the applicant's academic merit, applicable reservation status, and the precise order of college preferences. It is imperative to save a printout of the completed form and to regularly monitor the official admission portal for all updates and instructions throughout the process.
