The Inner Wheel Club of Mulund, District 314, celebrated its Installation Ceremony with great enthusiasm at Hotel Tip Top Plaza, Thane, where Mrs Sharda Deepakraj Lala was formally installed as the President for the Inner Wheel year 2026–27, along with her Core and Executive Team.
The ceremony was graced by Past District Chairman Prerana Raichur as the Chief Guest and Rtn. Nutan Dhulla, President of the Rotary Club of Mulund, as the Guest of Honour.
Mrs.Sharda Deepakraj Lala is the Founder & CEO of Siddhantha Wealth Managers, with over 19 years of experience in wealth management. An IRDA and AMFI Certified Financial Advisor, she is recognised for her ethical, client-centric approach and her commitment to financial literacy and women’s empowerment. Her contributions have earned her prestigious honours, including the Maharashtra Business Icon Award 2023, Big Impact Award in Wealth Management 2024, Women Achievers Award by the World Trade Centre Mumbai 2024, Women Icons of India 2024, and the Woman of Substance Award 2025.
She has been featured in leading publications such as Forbes India, Fortune India, The Times of India, The Economic Times, Moneycontrol, Financial Express, Hindustan Times, and Women’s Era. A TEDx Speaker, she has also undergone Artificial Intelligence training at IIT Bombay and presented her research paper on AI in Wealth Management at the AITA 2025 International Conference. She currently serves as the President of Agroha Vikas Trust Mulund-Bhandup Mahila Samiti, is a Certified Practitioner and Teacher of Narayan Reiki and Karuna Reiki, and is a Landmark Graduate who has also completed the Landmark Communication Course Curriculum.
An active Inner Wheel member since 2006, Mrs Lala has served the club in several leadership roles, including International Service Organiser (2014–15), for which she received the District 314 Silver ISO Award, followed by Club Secretary (2024–25) and Club Treasurer (2025–26). She is also a Paul Harris Fellow and a PolioPlus Society Member, reflecting her enduring commitment to humanitarian service.
The newly installed team comprises Vice President PP Shamla Mokashi, Immediate Past President Kamaljit Kaur Sachdev, Club Secretary Tara Malde, Club Treasurer Savita Jain, Club Correspondence Reeta Dave, and Executive Team members PP Maya Prabhu, PP Seema Joshi, PP Jagruti Parekh, Rajul Shah, Harsha Zaveri, Smita Saxena, and PRO PP Ansuya Shah.
In her acceptance address, President Sharda Deepakraj Lala shared her vision for the year, reaffirming her commitment to community service, women’s empowerment, healthcare, education, environmental initiatives, and fellowship in line with the International Inner Wheel theme “Grow & Flourish” and District 314’s theme “Yagya.”
The ceremony concluded with a vote of thanks and a renewed commitment by all members to uphold the ideals of friendship, service, and women-led community development.
