The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) is expected to start the NEET UG 2025 counselling process in July, whereas the announcement of NEET UG results on June 14. The NEET UG counselling process will help to allocate seats in MBBS, BDS, and allied medical courses under the 15% All India Quota (AIQ), Deemed and Central Universities, ESIC, and AFMC.
More than 22 lakh candidates appeared for the exam held on May 4, 2025. MCC will soon release the NEET UG Counselling detailed schedule on its official website – mcc.nic.in.
How to Register for NEET UG Counselling 2025
Step 1: Candidates should visit the official website mcc.nic.in.
Step 2: After that, click on ‘UG Medical Counselling’ and select NEET UG 2025 Counselling.
Step3: Candidates have to register using NEET Roll Number, Application Number, and other details.
Step 4: Candidates have to pay the counselling fee online through net banking, debit, or credit card.
Step 5: Fill in all the details and lock your choices of colleges and courses during the choice filling window.
Step 6: Candidates have to wait for seat allotment results and download the allotment letter of NEET UG 2025 counselling.
Step 7: Report to the allotted college within the specified time with all original documents.
NEET UG counselling 2025: Registration & Security Fees
The fee for NEET UG counselling 2025 includes two major components, that is a non-refundable registration fee and a refundable security deposit. The registration fee of NEET UG 2025 counselling is non-refundable, no matter even if the candidate does not join. Whereas the security deposit is refundable, but only if the candidate joins and completes the admission process.
