Step 1: Candidates have to visit the official website – bpsc.bih.nic.in.
Step 2: Complete One-Time Registration (OTR). Click “Apply Online” or “One Time Registration” on the homepage. Candidates have to provide the required details, after which they will receive a BPSC 71st Prelims 2025 User ID and password through SMS/email.
Step 3: Log in and select the 71st CCE advertisement candidates have to use credentials to access the dashboard, then choose the “BPSC 71st CCE 2025” link from the ongoing adverts
Step 4: Fill out the application form and review pre-filled OTR details. Candidates have to enter all the asked information and documents in the form ( like additional personal, academic, and contact details, Passport-size photo, scanned Signature (English & Hindi), educational certificates etc.)
Step 5: Pay the application fees.
Step 6: Submit and download acknowledgment after payment.
