Kerala Plus One Admission 2025: The Directorate of Higher Secondary Education (DHSE), Kerala, has announced a schedule for the Higher Secondary Centralized Admission Process (HSCAP) for Plus One Admission (Class 11) for the academic session 2025-26. Students can visit the official website, hscap.kerala.gov.in, to participate in the Kerala Plus One admission process. The admission process commenced on May 14, 2025.   • The second allotment results are now available at the official website, hscap.kerala.gov.in. The admissions will be held from June 10, 2025 (10 AM) to June 11, 2025 (5 PM). Candidates can check the allotment details by logging in with their credentials in the candidate login portal. Students must report to the school allotted with their allotment letter and original certificates required for admission. 

For the upcoming 2025 academic year, the Directorate of Higher Secondary Education (DHSE) has put in place a series of initiatives to ensure a smooth and prompt admission process. Kerala Plus One Admission 2025 - Eligibility

To be eligible for the Kerala Plus One admission through HSCAP 2025, students must fulfill certain essential criteria. Foremost among these is the successful completion of the SSLC (Secondary School Leaving Certificate) examination or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Government of Kerala. There is no strict upper age limit.

Students who have completed their secondary education through other educational boards, such as CBSE, ICSE, or other state boards, must obtain and submit an equivalency certificate to ensure their academic credentials align with Kerala’s standards. Additionally, those seeking admission under reserved categories must furnish valid supporting documents, including caste, income, or community certificates, as applicable.

Meeting these eligibility requirements is a crucial step in ensuring a smooth and successful application process for Kerala Plus One admission.

All the interested candidates can fill out the application form via the official website of the Higher Secondary Centralized Admission Process (HSCAP) - hscap.kerala.gov.in. Students can only fill out the form once. 

Kerala Class 11 Admission Form 2025 - How to apply?

Once the registration forms are out. Students can access the form directly from the official website of hscap.kerala.in. To register, candidates will have to follow the given steps. The very first step is creating a Candidate Login. 

To set up your Kerala Plus One Admission 2025 candidate login, head to hscap.kerala.gov.in and click on ‘CREATE CANDIDATE LOGIN - SWS’. You'll then need to select your district, accurately fill in your details, and choose the correct admission scheme. Enter the mobile number you used during registration, input the OTP you receive, note your application number, and finally, create a new password to finish the process. After you create a Candidate Login;

  1. Go to the Candidate Login section and enter your application number, password, and select your district to log in.
  2. Click on the "Apply Online" link to start filling out your application.
  3. Begin by entering the name of the school where you completed your 10th standard.
  4. Fill in the details of your qualifying examination, such as board and exam year.
  5. Provide your personal information, like name, date of birth, and gender.
  6. If applicable, mention whether you belong to a linguistic minority or are differently abled.
  7. Enter your residential address and contact number.
  8. If you're eligible for any bonus points, like participation in NCC, Scouts, SPC, or Little Kites, make sure to include those details.
  9. Add any extracurricular achievements you want to be considered.
  10. After entering all the details, click Submit.
  11. A new section will appear for you to enter your 10th-grade marks or grades. Fill them in carefully.
  12. You’ll then be directed to choose your preferred schools and courses. Enter the school codes and course codes accordingly.
  13. Upload all the necessary supporting documents, such as certificates for reservation, bonus points, or extracurricular activities.
  14. Review everything thoroughly to make sure all information is correct.
  15. Once you're confident that all the details are accurate, click Final Submit to complete your application.

For Kerala Plus One admission through the HSCAP portal, a registration fee is indeed required, but it's important to note when this fee is paid.

Arrange all the documents beforehand to complete the application without any last-minute hassle. Applicants must ensure they upload valid certificates issued within the stipulated period.

Admission to Plus One is primarily determined by your Weighted Grade Point Average (WGPA) from the SSLC or an equivalent examination. If you are satisfied with the school and course allotted to you in the first allotment, you must report to the allotted school within the specified deadline, submit all the required documents, and pay the admission fee to confirm your seat. If you are not satisfied with your first allotment, you may opt for temporary admission. In this case, you do not pay the fee immediately, allowing you to remain eligible for the next rounds of allotment in hopes of securing a preferred option.

It is important to note that failure to report within the given timeframe will lead to cancellation of your allotted seat, and you will not be considered for any further allotment rounds. Timely action is essential to secure your admission.
